The Home Basefor local teens.
A staffed, substance-free clubhouse for students of Nease, Ponte Vedra, and Beachside High — inside The Link, Nocatee's innovation center. Independence for them. Peace of mind for you.
Founding rate $59/mo, locked for life. Nothing charged until a parent confirms.

Freedom for them, peace of mind for you.
You want them off the couch and off their phones — but in Nocatee, "go find something to do" usually means a parking lot or a screen. The Teen Lounge is a staffed, substance-free space inside The Link. An adult is on staff every hour we're open, access is controlled, and we know every member by name. Through the Teen Council they can earn volunteer hours and a leadership title that holds up on a college application. Mostly, though — they're in a room with other kids instead of alone with a phone.
What do you actually do around Nocatee?
Ride ebikes and golf carts. Hit the pool. Post up at Starbucks. Or stay home and scroll. Not because that's what you want — it's just what was left. Nobody built anything for teens here. So we did. The first 100 members decide what it becomes.
A teenager isn't a customer to be entertained. A teenager is a builder who hasn't been handed the tools yet.
The Teen Lounge is built on four things Nocatee has been missing. It's a home base you help run. That's the whole idea.
Stop performing for a group chat or worrying about who invited who. Walk in, drop your bag, and find your people without the social overhead.
Somewhere you'd actually bring your friends without thinking twice about it.
You help plan what happens here. Games, tournaments, workshops, themed nights — every week something new, and you had a say in it.
The members decide what goes on the walls, what's on the calendar, and what this place turns into.
Nobody in this room has done this before. You're not joining something. You're starting it.
The founding class writes the culture. The traditions, the events, the vibe, the language — the stuff every teen who walks in after you will inherit. You get in early or you don't get in early. There's no version two of day one. We're brand new. Some weeks will be packed, some will be quiet — and the first members get to shape which is which.
More than a hangout spot.
The Lounge sits inside The Link—Nocatee's active tech and innovation center. You're sharing a roof with founders, creators, and startups building companies.
Gaming hub, pool table, ping pong, foosball, and space to unwind. High energy when you want a tournament, comfortable couches when you just want to put your headphones on.
Fast WiFi, big desk setups, rolling whiteboards, quiet when you need it. Knock out homework or college essays fast, then go do literally anything else.
Workshops on the stuff school skips: money, AI tools, and getting into college — taught by people who just did it.
Five Teams. Real titles. A leadership line on your college app that's actually true.
The first-ever Teen Council runs the Lounge alongside staff. You'll earn leadership experience, volunteer hours, and a line on your college app that isn't fake.

We asked before we built.
We sat down with dozens of Nocatee teens and asked one question: what's actually missing? The answers barely varied — somewhere to hang, good setups, food, and no one hovering. The founding class runs it from here.
Everything, in one flat rate.
The membership pays for itself.
You're already spending this money — on stuff that's gone by the end of the week. The average teen burns $40–50 a month on food runs, rides, and movie tickets that add up to nothing. Founding membership is $59/mo, locked for life, for a 22,500 sq ft space you can use six days a week.
Food & drink runs
$40–50 a month quietly disappears on snacks, coffee, and quick bites.
Getting around
Rides to Jax and back for something to do add up fast — and you're home by 9.
Movie nights
$25+ for a couple hours you can't repeat, and you barely talk to anyone.
Founding membership is $59/mo — locked for life — for a 22,500 sq ft home base you can use six days a week. Come twice a week and it's less than $2 a visit.

Why we built this.
I'm Raghu Misra. I built The Link as a 22,500 sq ft innovation center in Nocatee — a place where founders, creators, and startups build companies under one roof. And I kept noticing the same thing: this community is full of teenagers with drive and curiosity, and nowhere to point it.
So we built the Teen Lounge inside The Link — not a program, not daycare, but a home base where teens are treated like builders instead of babysat. Same building as the founders. A place that's theirs.
