Real talk

What do you actually do around Nocatee?

Ride ebikes and golf carts. Hit the pool. Post up at Starbucks. Or stay home and scroll. Not because that's what you want — because that's what's been left for you to do. Nobody built anything real for you here. So we did — and the first 100 members get to decide what it becomes.

What we believe

A teenager isn't a customer to be entertained. A teenager is a builder who hasn't been handed the tools yet.

The Teen Lounge is built on four things Nocatee has been missing. This isn't a program. It isn't daycare. It's a home base — one you help run.

Stop performing for a group chat or worrying about who invited who. Walk in, drop your bag, and find your people without the social overhead.

Somewhere you're actually proud to bring your friends. Not a table at Starbucks. Not the pool deck. A real place with your name on it.

You help plan what happens here. Games, tournaments, workshops, themed nights — every week something new, and you had a say in it.

This place looks like you. Not someone's idea of you.

The best part

Nobody in this room has done this before. You're not joining something. You're starting it.

The founding class writes the culture. The traditions, the events, the vibe, the language — the stuff every teen who walks in after you will inherit. You get in early or you don't get in early. There's no version two of day one.

Inside the space

More than a hangout spot.

The Lounge sits inside The Link—Nocatee's active tech and innovation center. You’re sharing a roof with real founders, creators, and startups building actual companies.

The Active Hub

Gaming hub, pool table, ping pong, foosball, and space to unwind. High energy when you want a tournament, comfortable couches when you just want to put your headphones on.

The Deep Work Suite

Fast WiFi, massive workspace setups, rolling whiteboards, and a real workspace. Smash your assignments, write your college essays, or build your side projects here in half the time so your night is completely yours.

The Unfair Advantage

Workshops on the stuff school skips: money, AI tools, and getting into college — taught by people who just did it.

The Council

Ten seats. Real titles. A leadership line on your college app that's actually true.

The first-ever Teen Council runs the Lounge alongside staff.  You'll earn real leadership experience, real volunteer hours, and a line on your college app that isn't fake.

The research

We asked before we built.

We sat down with dozens of Nocatee teens and asked one question: what's actually missing? The answers barely varied — a real place to hang, good setups, food, and no one hovering. So that's what we built, and the founding class runs it from here.

The math

The membership pays for itself.

You're already spending this money — on stuff that's gone by the end of the week. The average teen burns $40–50 a month on food runs, rides, and movie tickets that add up to nothing. Founding membership is $59/mo, locked for life, for a 22,500 sq ft space you can use six days a week. Come twice a week and it's less than a couple of coffees per visit.

Food & drink runs

$40–50 a month quietly disappears on snacks, coffee, and quick bites.

Getting around

Rides to Jax and back for something to do add up fast — and you're home by 9.

Movie nights

$25+ for a couple hours you can't repeat, and you barely talk to anyone.

Founding membership is $59/mo — locked for life — for a 22,500 sq ft home base you can use six days a week. Come twice a week and it's less than $2 a visit.

Who's behind this

Why we built this.

I'm Raghu Misra. I built The Link as a 22,500 sq ft innovation center in Nocatee — a place where founders, creators, and startups build real companies under one roof. And I kept noticing the same thing: this community is full of teenagers with real drive and real curiosity, and nowhere to point it. School ends, and the options are a parking lot, a coffee shop, or a screen.

So we built the Teen Lounge inside The Link — not a program, not daycare, but a home base where teens are treated like builders instead of babysat. Same building as the founders. Same energy. A real place that's theirs.

— Raghu Misra, Founder, The Link

For parents

Freedom for them, peace of mind for you.

You want them off the couch and off their phones — but "go find something to do" in Nocatee usually means a parking lot or a screen. The Teen Lounge is the third option: a secure, staffed, substance-free space inside a real innovation center. Verified Safe: Controlled access with adult oversight every single hour.  Resume Stack: Through our Teen Council, they earn real, verifiable volunteer hours and authentic leadership lines for college applications.  The Best Habit: They exchange isolated scrolling for real-world collaboration around tech, fitness, and networking.

FAQ

Quick answers.

Who is this actually for?
Any teen ages 13–18 who wants somewhere that isn't home, isn't school, and isn't a parking lot. You don't need to already have a friend group here — most members walk in solo the first time and leave with people.
What if I'm shy or new to Nocatee?
That's most of the founding class. Ambassadors greet new members, and there's always something small happening you can drop into — a game, a workshop, a movie. Nobody's going to make you perform.
Is it supervised? What do my parents need to know?
An adult staff member is on-site every hour The Link is open. Access is controlled, we know every member by name, and parents get a direct line. Independence for you, peace of mind for them.
How does the founding rate actually work?
The founding rate is $59/mo for the first 100 members, and it's locked for life. As the class fills, the rate rises toward the $99 standard — whatever you join at is your rate forever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly membership, cancel any time from your dashboard. No contracts, no cancel fees, no phone calls.
What's the referral bonus?
Every friend who joins with your link takes $25 off your next month. No cap. Four friends = your month is free. Founding rate applies to them too.
Where is The Link?
425 Town Plaza Ave in Nocatee (Ponte Vedra, FL 32081) — right in Town Center, walkable and bikeable for most of Nocatee. It's a 22,500 sq ft innovation center with 100+ founders and startups inside.
Can I just try it once?
Yes. Drop-in day passes exist for $25, but honestly — the membership pays for itself in two visits and founding pricing goes up as more people join. Coming twice? Just join.
